Shipping Policy

Our processing time is 2 to 7 business days from the day of purchase.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order.

A second email will be sent out with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

For international orders, allow 7 to 14 business days for orders to be received.

International customers are responsible for all fees, charges, and taxes imposed by customs.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holidays.

Once the order ships out we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier.

You are responsible for providing the correct address for shipping.

If your package is sent back to us due to the wrong address that you provided, and you want your items re-shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

Damaged Items

If items are damaged on their way to their destination, please email us for a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

In this email, YOU MUST provide your name, order number, and a picture of the broken items. If proof is not provided we will not replace the item. 


All sales are FINAL.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products for sanitary reasons.
